In a Facebook post Saturday, police in Bristol said Alec Iurato was hit by gunfire and returned fire on Wednesday, killing 35-year-old Nicholas Brutcher. The state medical examiner’s office said Brutcher died from a gunshot wound to the neck with spinal cord injuries.
