Seattle Seahawks cornerback Tariq Woolen continues to make big play after big play, stating his case early for Defensive Rookie of the Year.
On Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals, Woolen became just the seventh player in Seahawks franchise history and only the third rookie since 2000 to log an interception in four consecutive games.
His most recent came late in the fourth quarter when he picked off Kyler Murray to prevent the Cardinals from making a comeback. The play helped the Seahawks clinch the win and get back to .500.

“I don’t remember feeling like this about a young corner out there who goes week after week after week,” coach Pete Carroll said after the win. “Coming from where he came from and all that. To be this far along and have this much fun and success and all that.
